Cozy apartment 50 meters from Playa del Portil

A very charming apartment for 4 people in El Portil (Huelva), just a 2-minute walk from Portil Beach and right across from the tip of the Rompido headland. In impeccable condition following a complete renovation a few years ago. Located in a quiet, family-friendly private complex with swimming pools, green spaces, two paddle tennis courts, and a private beach bar (open next to the pools only during high season).

This is a modern and cosy apartment in a family-friendly area. It has been recently renovated and is decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style. Sleeps 4 people (one double bed in the master bedroom and two single trundle beds in the second bedroom). It’s located 50 metres from Portil Beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances in excellent condition (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, television, etc.). All necessary kitchenware is provided: cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. Each bedroom has its own set of sheets and towels. A small terrace overlooking the community’s garden, with a small breakfast table. Heat pump air conditioning in the living room; air conditioning and electric radiators in the master bedroom; and air conditioning and electric radiators in the second bedroom.
We provide a first-aid kit, travel guides for the area, a complaint form, and other items required by Andalusian regional government regulations for this type of apartment.
Amenities and Common Areas
It is located in a gated community with plenty of green spaces, two swimming pools (one large and one for children), two paddle tennis courts, and a beach bar for residents’ exclusive use. We’d like to point out that both the swimming pools and the beach bar are only open during the summer season—or, in other words, during the kids’ school breaks. Also important: There’s no Wi-Fi, and we don’t plan on installing it. People come here to relax and enjoy the beach, good food, and good drinks…

Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find El Rompido, Punta Umbría, Portugal, Huelva, and Doñana, yet at the same time, you’ll enjoy peace and tranquility right by the sea. You’re also just 20 minutes from the Portuguese border. It’s an ideal spot to explore the entire Algarve coast with its idyllic beaches and magnificent landscapes.

Our apartment complies with the quality standards set by the Regional Government of Andalusia. We passed an inspection by the Board a few months ago, which is a mark of quality, even though it involves certain additional procedures. (i) At the time of booking, we require the guests’ personal information. This information includes the full name, ID number, and the ID’s expiry date. (ii) Upon key pickup, you will receive an invoice for the rental amount, excluding the commission that Airbnb charges guests. You will also sign a contract stating your name, the number of guests, check-in date, and cost of the stay.
These two procedures are mandatory and required by the Regional Government of Andalusia. If another accommodation provider does not request them, be aware that you may encounter problems. Any additional questions will be resolved between the parties before the reservation is accepted, which serves as an additional guarantee for guests.
