In July and August, complete calendar fortnights are rented (1-15 and from 16 to 31), in June and until September 8, full calendar weeks will take priority (1-8, 9-16, 17-24, 24-30)

Beautiful and comfortable newly renovated townhouse, with terrace and private garden. It has three large double bedrooms, the main one en suite with a full bathroom and two additional full bathrooms. Kitchen with all appliances (induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), small office and separate laundry room. Large living room with dining table for six people and another on the terrace. The common areas of the urbanization have a swimming pool and green areas. Parking space in underground garage.
5 minutes walk from the town with the necessary services: church, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
Golf courses, paddle tennis, marinas and sailing sports as well as trails, mountain bike and horseback riding routes.
