a warm welcome !

our family-of-6 really enjoyed our one-week trip to nova levante. the location of the chalet is superb : in a dead-end street (no traffic whatsover) and yet in walking distance (200m) of the sessellift paolina. the view from the south-oriented balcony is magnificent : full front views on latemar and rosengarten ! the chalet was very clean and well equiped. but most worth noting is the hospitality of the owner. we had a very warm welcome. during our stay we had a few questions that were answered promptly and accurately. i am anxious to re-visit in wintertime !

Die obere Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig herrlich in Carezza mit unglaublichem Blick vom Balkon auf das Latemar und in zwei Gehminuten auf den Rosengarten. Die obere Wohnung ist als Blockhaus gebaut und eigentlich ganz urig. Allerdings ist das Bad sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche sehr alt, ein alter Holzrost in der Wanne ist nicht sehr hygienisch, darunter sieht es auch nicht sauber aus, der Ablauf funktioniert schlecht, ein Abfluss im Bad im Boden müffelt sehr. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, der Laminatboden in der ganzen Wohnung quietscht sehr. In einigen Schubladen liegen Dinge von Vormietern oder dem Besitzer. Alles ein wenig unordentlich. Wir haben uns nicht richtig wohl gefühlt. Für die Höhe der Miete hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Eigentlich schade, mit wenig Aufwand könnte man einiges machen.

Ruhige Tage in Carezza

Alles wie beschrieben. Kein großer Luxus, aber alles Notwendige vorhanden und funktionsbereit. Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und keinerlei Probleme mit Schlüsselübergaben. Großer Vorteil: gemütlicher Kaminofen! Alles prima!

Direkt in den Bergen

Wir waren das erste mal in den Dolomiten und fanden es toll, so direkt in der Natur zu sein. Das Chalet ist direkt an einem Golfplatz und einem Skilift gelegen und man hat direkte Sicht auf die Berge, wie zum Beispiel den sogenannten Rosengarten, eine Bergkette. Das Chalet ist also hoch gelegen und man erreicht es in ca. 40 Minuten von Bozen aus. Es ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles notwendige ist da und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Dusche, da der Boden etwas wackelig ist, aber das Wasser war immer warm und das ist mir persönlich das wichtigste. Es gibt einen schönen Ofen mit dem man es sich gemütlich machen kann, wenn es draußen kalt ist. Wir hatten kurz vor Ostern noch Schnee und niedrige Temperaturen. Insofern würde ich Winterreifen zu dieser Zeit noch empfehlen. Wenn es fragen gab, wurden die immer in kürzester beantwortet und insofern kann ich alles in allem das Chalet sehr empfehlen und wir würden dort auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Das tollste ist wirklich die direkte Nähe zur Natur und diverse Wander- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Es gab wohl Ende 2018 einen heftigen Sturm und deswegen sind in der Umgebung einige Wanderwege noch wegen Baumarbeiten gesperrt aber man arbeitet daran und es gibt trotzdem vielfältige Möglichkeiten die wunderschöne Natur Südtirols zu genießen!
