Apartment Sunset Albercutx Pollentia 3, spacious and recently refurbished flat with private roof terrace, located on the first floor of a house in the centre of the village and 140 m from the beach. It can accommodate eight people with all the comforts and where you will enjoy privacy and Mediterranean life.
There is a private roof terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and an outdoor dining area.
From the terrace, a hallway leads to the modern and fully equipped kitchen, next to the living-dining room, furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. From here you access a balcony and the bedrooms: on one side two quiet rooms with shared bathroom and on the other side a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Apartment Sunset Albercutx Pollentia 3 is located in the center of Port de Pollença, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops and about 7 km from Pollença, considered one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. On Sunday mornings, it is worth visiting the weekly market. It is also worth visiting the historic center, Calvari or its different beaches, such as Port de Pollença, Albercutx or Cala Sant Vicenç.
