This apartment, with an ideal location in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, and on the top floor of a building with a lift, can accommodate up to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms.

The apartment has four bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally there is a further complete and separate bathroom. From the spacious living-dining room with open plan kitchen you can enjoy spectacular and unobstructed panoramic views of the marina, the sea and the mountains surrounding the beautiful bay of Pollensa. The whole apartment is surrounded by a balcony.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the other two have two single beds each. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
At Apartment Anamsa guests enjoy all the comforts such as Smart TV, wifi, HIFI sound tower and fully equipped kitchen.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4.Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
