At Alcudiola there is nature, yes — but there is also “life”: birds, chickens, geese, sheep, and a little pig, all of which form part of the finca’s unique charm. The animals are kept in their own fenced area, so you can see and enjoy them without them ever being a disturbance.
If you wish, you can experience country life in a simple and beautiful way: feeding the chickens and collecting fresh eggs to prepare a special breakfast. A small detail that many guests end up remembering as one of the most magical moments of their stay.

With more than 50,000 m² of land, Ses Cases d’Alcudiola offers meadows, trees, and peaceful corners to rest, play, and truly disconnect. Access is easy via a well-paved secondary road, but once you arrive, you immediately feel the change: the outside world fades away, and your time to relax begins.
The finca is rented exclusively — the entire property is yours. No shared areas, no interruptions. Just you, the countryside, and Mallorca at its most peaceful.

We usually welcome our guests personally and attend to any needs they may have. During the stay, we visit the finca to clean the swimming pool so that it is always in perfect condition. In addition, we come twice a week to water the plants.


To prevent any damage to the property, a security deposit of €400 will be charged on arrival. This amount will be refunded in full on departure, provided no significant damage has occurred.
