The two bedroom and two bathroom accommodation, with open plan lounge and fully fitted kitchen diner, will accommodate ether a family of up to 5 or just 2 people looking for a more roomy experience during a longer stay perhaps.
Situated In a pretty village perfectly located for exploring the south west is just 10 mins from St Ives. The two bathrooms feature traditional luxury styling and all the rooms are furnished throughout with carefully selected vintage furniture and textiles.
The Seaside Suite has its own separate entrance with key box access. There is free private parking and free Wifi during your stay. The shared use of the garden at Penquite which has an abundance of mature and beautiful shrubs and trees is a bonus with seating areas for all to enjoy. Penquite is situated in the pretty Cornish village of Lelant just 10 minuets walk to the amazing Porthkidney beach of unspoilt golden sands set central within the stunning St Ives Bay. Take the Scenic railway from the bottom of the lane (5 mins walk) and arrive in St Ives within 10 mins, no need for car or parking! Walk to one of 5 pubs and Bistros located within the village or pick up the South West Coastal path just minutes from your door. you are centrally located to visit the whole south west of Cornwall including the must see destination of St Michaels Mount just 15 mins drive away. Come by train and leave your car completely behind, St Erth Station is 5 mins taxi to your apartment.

'The Garden Rooms' are named as such due to the sunny ground floor entrances onto both sides of the garden, comprising of a luxury one bedroom one bathroom apartment with kitchen diner, lounge area with a beautiful contemporary style. Finally, The Old Potting Shed is a surprising and gorgeous renovation of Penquite's old potting shed incorporating a bed deck built above the living area and features a wood burner, fully fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. All three accommodations are fitted out to a high standard and contain everything you need and more for your luxury stay in the heart of Cornwall. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at 20 GBP each per stay payable this extra cost is payable on arrival on arrival.
