The second floor balcony is amazing for morning coffee, a lunch break from the sun and just relaxing and listening to the ocean or watching dolphins. The pool is small, but we came for the beach. It was a nice spot to cool off. Amazing views and great condo! The management team had excellent communication!

The condo was wonderful with amazing beach views and proximity to the beach! The only downside was the drier ate quite a bit of our clothes so we were unable to do anymore laundry after the first load.

This property needs updated. The hot tub isn’t hot, we never once seen maintenance or cleaning crew. The vents and the air intake hadn’t been cleaned in at least 6-12 months. Very thick dirt on them. Drinks spilled down walls, the outlet in master was coming out of the wall not secure. The floors I’m pretty sure hadn’t been mopped in a good long time. Needs some TLC.
