Das Haus war innen ausgesprochen renovierungsbedüftig. Sofakissen waren defekt und das Sofa fleckig. Der Belag auf den Treppenstufen war komplett verschlissen, an der Duschtür fehlte eine Dichtleiste und der Waschbeckenverschluss fehlte.
