Zuiderzee 4 is a spacious and contemporary furnished flat with a beautiful view of the former Zuiderzee. Some flats are on the ground floor and some have two floors. The modern living room has a cosy sitting area with television, a large dining table and a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The flat has 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. Outside you have a balcony or garden with garden furniture. You can also park 1 car and use the Wi-Fi for free.

Es war sehr schwer eine vernünftige Kommunikation über den Chat zu führen, da der Gastgeber zeitweise einfach nicht antwortet. Telefonisch hingegen hat die Kommunikation super funktioniert. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir so gut wie zufrieden, lediglich der Schimmel im Badezimmer und die teils fleckige Bettwäsche haben uns aus hygienischer Sicht gestört. Der Check in war unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Ich würde gerne noch erwähnen, dass am Tag der Anreise auf einmal eine Kaution von 250 fällig wurde, dies wurde meiner Meinung Nach nicht transparent kommuniziert. Auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution warten wir bis heute Wochen später immernoch. Hoffentlich ist dies bald abgewickelt! Das nächste Mal suchen wir uns lieber was anderes, ich würde die Unterkunft aufgrund der hygienischen Makel und der Kommunikation eher nicht empfehlen.

Posizione molto bella sul porto. Struttura un po’ da ristrutturare, l’esterno del nostro appartamento era un po’ da sistemare. Pulizia da rivedere. Per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Bruyant, isolé, prestations juste convenables

Appartement propre et très bien équipé, mais vraiment retiré, avec toutefois une petite boutique pour l'essentiel le premier jour car arrivée tardive. Appartement très grand, chambres avec 2 lits simples. Nous y sommes restés 3 jours, le premier (vendredi) sens bruit mais les samedi et dimanche les résidents de l'appartement au dessus n'ont cessé de déplacer des meubles, soit ils déménageaient soit ils faisaient des travaux mais c'était insupportable. Donc si vous louez, essayez de prendre un appartement du haut. Et vu le prix de la location sèche (sans prestation, sans petit déjeuner, sans même un jeu de serviettes de toilettes !) je vous engage à réfléchir à 2 fois. De plus nous n'avons pas eu de chance mais le temps était vraiment maussade, et autant dire qu'il n'y a rien à faire sur place. Allez y si vous souhaitez vous déconnecter de la civilisation. Toutefois la résidence est assez proche d'Amsterdam, et en plein dans le Waterland.

Ausreichende Unterkunft, jedoch leider mit Schimmelbefall im Bad und zum Teil im Wohnbereich. Guter Service! Allerdings waren die Sauna-Regularien nicht ganz transparent und das Restaurant die ganze Zeit geschlossen.

Sehr geräumig, Küche hatte fast alles was man braucht! Leider für Spinnenphobiker nicht geeignet! Auf jeden Fall schön ruhig! Gute Lage zu Amsterdam und auch Hoorn, Edam, Volendam usw! Spartanischer kleiner Markt vor Ort, für das Nötigste! Kaffeevollautomat (Bohnen vor Ort kaufen, ist günstiger) Ansonsten sollte man Geschirrtabs, Handseife, Klopapier, Geschirrtücher usw. Einpacken! Waren schöne 10 Tage! Vielleicht kommen wir mal für nen kurztrip vorbei
