About this property

The private studio is part of a city villa and situated in a quiet and green area just outside the rush of the city center. The studio has a living room with a 2 person sofa bed and nice kitchen and a room with a big 2 person bed and nice bathroom. There is also an extra mattress for sleeping upstairs. The house is 5 minutes from the tram station line 2. From here you can go straight to all touristic places like the Museum square with van Gogh and Rijksmuseum, Dam Square with Anne Frank house and Central Station. The villa is easy to reach from the airport. We have a private driving way for a parking car.

Great stay in quiet location

Great accommodation. Very cosy and comfortable. About a 30 minute tram ride from Centraal Station which allows you to enjoy a tram ride through parts of Amsterdam you wouldn't usually see. Perfect if you want a spot right away from the action but still within easy striking distance. Erwin is a lovely, friendly and helpful guy.

Quaint

I very much enjoyed staying here. The property was clean and in a very quaint and quiet neighborhood. A 7-minute walk to the tram to get to the city. The host was very responsive.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation and the airport. Erwin was great at responding to inquires. We would stay here again
