This flat furnished in Tyrolean style stands out for its wonderful garden with a view of the Dolomites.



It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, a living room and a separate kitchen.



The wonderfully furnished garden faces south-east and boasts a wonderful view of the Dolomites.



The separate kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as a oven, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.



The flat is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs.



Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 4



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.



Casa Carolina is a charming mountain house located just a short walk from the center of Ortisei.



It features two characteristic apartments furnished in Tyrolean style.



The location is particularly advantageous in that, it is approx. 200 meters from supermarket, stores, bars, restaurants, rentals and what not.



The Luis Trenker promenade passes right behind the house, allowing you to reach the playground approx. 200 meters from the house.



In winter, the escalator to the Seceda cable car, the first connection to Dolomiti Superski and Sellaronda, is approx. 450 meters from the house.



Casa Carolina has various amenities in the house, such as a parking space in the garage per apartment, ski storage, wi-fi, linen and towels for free use.



Pets NOT allowed.



Casa Carolina is the perfect solution for any type of vacation, in any season in Ortisei in Val Gardena, in the heart of the Dolomites!

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
