It has been completely renovated with high-quality furniture into a perfect accommodation that offers everything you need for a pleasant family vacation, fully air-conditioned with free WiFi.

* The OUTDOORS is fully fenced and you are surrounded by olive and citrus trees. It offers a covered outdoor dining area for 8+2 people with a traditional barbecue and a lounge corner (approachable from the living and dining room), few steps down takes you to a private and heated 8,5m x 4m swimming pool with attached shallow part with hydro massage, the water is with the no-Chlorine system. There is a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs on two levels and there is an outdoor shower. The property offers a secured parking lot for 2 cars. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
NOTE: The facility has a security camera or recording device that can record or send video, audio or photos in the outdoor area
* The GROUND FLOOR is air conditioned and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all the needed amenities a modern guest needs (a toaster, a kettle, microwave oven, a Julius Meinl capsule coffee machine....and more), a dining area with a fireplace and a terrace with sea views connected to a terrace with outdoor dining area. Two steps below is a living room with a sofa that can convert into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, Netflix, and a PS4 for your youngest. From the living room, you have a glass door toward the outdoor lounge corner and dining area. There is a separate toilet and a laundry area in the hallway with a washing machine-dryer combo, and ironing amenities next to it.
* The FIRST FLOOR offers a Bedroom No1 (13sqm) with a queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV, a balcony with two chairs, and sea and pool views. A Bedroom No2 (11,5sqm) with a queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV, a balcony with two chairs, and sea views. A Bedroom No3 (11sqm) with two single beds 80cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV, and views of the garden and the neighborhood. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub and another family bathroom with a shower.
* The LOWER GROUND floor is approached by an internal staircase where you have an anteroom with sofas for relaxing after using the comfortable Finnish sauna or a Hot-Tub with pool views that are located in a 16sqm room next to the anteroom.
