About this property

COMFORT AND VIEWS IN BEAUTIFUL SANTA FE

A2000 sq ft house sitting on top of a 1 1/2 acre property looking over a wide panorama stretching from South to North, from Clines Corner to the Sandia range to Los Alamos and beyond. The contours of the terrain are such that few neighbors' houses are visible, giving the sense that the property is far more extensive than it is, yet it is very close to shopping centers and other amenities. The old downtown Santa Fe is 20 minutes away; big grocery stores, 3 and 10 minutes respectively. The living room features a high ceiling that enhances the spaciousness. The house is comfortably furnished but not cluttered. Two flagstone covered terraces, one walled-in and very private, the other wide open onto the view of various mountain ranges, add enjoyable space on nice days (which are numerous in Santa Fe!)
