Absolute Bliss

The property was in a prime location for viewing the mountains and clouds. The chalet was in absolutely pristine condition, exceptionally clean and well stocked, and lovely lighting and a great shower. Maybe put the keys on a lanyard that guests can wear to ensure that they don't slip out of a pocket or backpack.

Best place to stay in Wengen hands down!!

My partner and I stayed at the Chalet Margaux in Wengen and it was beautiful, sitting outside on the balcony every morning viewing the Jungfraujoch is an unbeatable moment. The penthouse is beautifully made with all modern and elegant appliances and fixtures, we loved the adjustable mood lighting and steam shower! Rachel and Mandy were easy to contact for help around tourism in Switzerland, and having the Alpine Shuttles pick us up and drop us off during our arrival and departure was another awesome perk :) Best place to stay in Wengen hands down!!

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this penthouse. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the kitchen is stocked with pots , plates, cups, bowls that we ended up cooking most of our meals and enjoyed the view. The service provided by Alpine is top-notch. We had an issue with coffee maker and Alpine was able to replace it within 2 hours. In addition, we took the shuttle from/to penthouse on move-in/out day and everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend this penthouse and Alpine for their care and service during our stay. Instruction on how to operate the appliances ( microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer ) will be great.
