Two-storey villa with two double bedrooms, renovated at the end of 2023. Two newly renovated bathrooms with windows (end of 2023). One bedroom has access to the garden with a view of Tavolara.
Living room with newly renovated sofa bed (2025), open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven (2025), induction hob and fridge with freezer. The living room leads to the veranda with a spectacular view of Tavolara with table, chairs and wrought iron sofa. The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heat pump, new in August 2024, in all rooms. Mosquito nets, new, (2025) in all rooms. Safe available to guests. Laundry room with washing machine, new (8/2024), Barbecue. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bank in the immediate vicinity. Spectacular beaches just a few minutes by car: Porto Taverna, Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Corallina, La Cinta, Cala Girgolu. Possibility of diving in the marine park of Tavolara. Parking on property, in front of the entrance gate. One pet allowed. Self check-in. Complete new linen provided to guests.

Amazing view

We really liked the house. The view is amazing and the restaurants are all in walking distance. The homeowner is so nice and we appreciated the opportunity to come late in the evening as our flight was late. The Self Check in is easy and in the house you find everything you need. We will come back. Thank you so much

Villetta indipendente e accogliente, abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Al piano terra c’è la zona giorno con la cucina, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno. Al piano meno 1 altre due camere matrimoniali e un altro bagno (entrambi i bagni sono completi e con doccia). La cucina è ben attrezzata: ha tutto il necessario per cucinare e la lavastoviglie. C’è la lavatrice e lo stenditoio. L’aria condizionata è in sala e in due camere. La terza camera è fresca di suo. C’è una splendida vista su Tavolara e la terrazza che circonda la casa davvero bella: ci sono tavolo da pranzo, lettini prendisole e una vasca idromassaggio, un plus per fine giornata. La proprietà e anche i gestori molto disponibili e gentili. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Nice House with View at Tavolara

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich auch aus der Ferne kümmert. Viele Restaurants und auch der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es lohnt sich aber für den schöneren Strand ein paar Kilometer zu fahren. (Spiaggia Porto Taverna) Nachts sind interessante Nachbarn unterwegs (Wildschweine)
