Wonderful stay with a priceless location!

My family had an incredible vacation in Tricase Porto for 9 days and this villa was more than we hoped for. The view over the little port is stunning and the apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace and watched the sunrise many days. The owner is very kind and generous. The check in was simple and it was very nice to get to meet the owner. We hope to come back one day soon!

Porto Tricase stay

We had a lovely week at this great, traditional house right on the water at Porto Tricase. Very comfortable and close to everything we needed. Very easy check in and ability to contact host over any issue, was quickly responded to. I'd highly recommend a stay here and we were sad to leave.

an airy period house in the center of charming village with abundant privacy

The description of the property on the Vrbo site fits reality in almost every detail. The property consist of two appartments: the master one is on the upper floor, comanding the household and even the port. We were lucky to enjoy the space of this house alone as the lower appartment stayed empty. All three bedrooms are spaciuos enough, however, even more important is the shared space of living room, kitchen and enormous terrace outside. The exterior and interior of the house reflects the period it was built. You will be impressed unless you are only about modern styling. The inside remains cool and fresh even if you do not turn on the AC. The owners of the property is very elegant family from Lecce. They are very honest and willing to assist.

Bellissima villa sul mare

Tutto è andato benissimo. La casa è persino meglio di quello che è riportato nelle immagini' molto grande e confortevole, domina il porticciolo di Tricase e basta scendere le scale per andare al mare. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile..la location è fantastica per muoversi lungo le coste salentine, ma la spiaggia a ridosso del porto di per sé è stupenda...consigliatissima!

Huis met oude allure aan de haven.

Een oud familiehuis in een van de mooiste haventjes van Puglia. Het huis is onderverdeeld in een boven- en benedenwoning. Wij huurden de ruime bovenwoning. Deze heeft een groot terras met prachtig uitzicht over de haven en de zee. Het huis heeft de grandeur van verloren tijden, maar is daarmee ook een beetje oubollig ingericht met fragiele meubels en snuisterijen die makkelijk stuk kunnen. Wij waren hier in augustus, dan is er iedere avond feest tot diep in de nacht feest op de kade. Met veel luide (live) muziek en feestgangers die langs het huis lopen. Dat was echt een groot minpunt, want we hebben hierdoor de hele vakantie niet goed geslapen. Verder kun je de bovenwoning alleen aan de voorkant verlaten, terwijl de auto aan de achterzijde geparkeerd staat in de tuin van de benedenwoning. Dat betekend een hoop heen en weer lopen, wat vooral onhandig is met boodschappen. We hoopten stiekum dat er voor de gasten een extra parasol, strandstoeltjes e.d aanwezig zouden zijn, maar dat was helaas niet zo. Als je met kinderen bent is er voor hun niks extra’s aanwezig. Desondanks hebben we een heerlijke week gehad! De douche is goed, de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook heel fijn dat er airco is in de woonkamer en de keuken. Houd er rekening mee dat de gastvrouw geen Engels spreekt.

Formidable séjour

Une superbe propriété idéalement située, dans un petit port, parfait pour les baignades matinales. L'ambiance est très familiale la journée et plus animée la nuit. La vue de la maison est magnifique, avec une immense terrasse qui permet de profiter au maximum jusque tard le soir du climat. La maison est fraiche malgré la chaleur. On reviendra !

Perfectly situated and equipped

We and our friends had a fantastic holiday in a luxury house just metres from the sea and surrounded by good quality restaurants and coffee shops. The house and the host were ideal for our group. We would strongly recommended it as a base from which to enjoy the Salento area of Puglia.

Fantastische woning op mooie locatie

Wij zaten met 6 personen op de eerste verdieping. Het is een hele ruime , mooie woning, met een meer dan ruime living en balkon. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Bovendien ligt de woning op een mooie locatie, met zicht op de zee en de haven van Tricase Porto.Kortom, een heele goeie keuze, die qua prijs- kwaliteit een meer dan uitstekend aanbod is!

Tolle Lage und schönes Haus

Schönes und für 6 Betten sehr grosses Haus mit geräumigem Aussenbereich. Viel Leben draussen auf der Strasse. Der Blick ist fantastisch. Die Region ist zwar etwas ärmer und überall liegt Müll an den Strassen und am Strand, sie ist aber sehr authentisch. Es gibt noch wenig Touristen, auf jedem Fall keine von ausserhalb Italien. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal hinfahren!

Terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le petit port et la mer !!!!!!

Tres belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée, séjour de 4j très agréable. Pour les lève tôt, depuis la terrasse lever de soleil sur la mer et départ des petits bateaux de pécheurs !!!! Un vrai régal !!!! Tous les matins nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners sur la grande terrasse, c’était génial !!!!! Daniella hôte sympathique, avait mis à notre disposition une grande corbeille de fruits, une bouteille de vin rouge local, un paquet de café et un paquet de taranelli (gâteaux apéritifs typiques des Pouilles vraiment délicieux). Si je retourne dans le Salento, je relouerai cette maison. Je recommande fortement.

Una splendida terrazza sul porto

Bellissima terrazza sul porto di Tricase con panorama meraviglioso. Per noi posizione ideale per gli spostamenti e per l’indipendenza dei ragazzi. La villa è molto spaziosa, con muri spessi ed arredata con molto gusto. Il mare di fronte, la presenza di bar, alimentari e ristoranti ci ha consentito di abbandonare l’auto e trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. Una vacanza perfetta!

Belle vue, spacieuse maison mais très bruyant en saison

Porto Tricase est un charmant petit port et la maison a une grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le port. Le quartier est très animé ! La maison est très grande et stylée et bien équipée globalement. On regrette cependant les nuisances liées au bruit de la circulation incessante, des animations nocturnes et l'absence de double vitrage. La climatisation est présente dans quelques pièces de la maison mais moyennant un supplément de 40 € à payer sur place, alors que nous pensions avoir un prix "tout compris".

Magnifique demeure dans un lieu idyllique. Espace et tranquillité.

La maison correspondait exactement à nos attentes avec de vastes chambres chacune équipée d'une salle de bain. La terrasse avec sa vue sur le petit port et la mer est juste parfaite. Grand jardin et vaste parking confortent l'impression d'espace et de confort. Excellents restaurants sur place mais la plupart fermés hors saison.

Maison typique très lumineuse, spacieuse, face à la mer avec une grande terrasse et bien entretenue.

Trois grandes chambres avec douches individuelles, cuisine bien équipée. L'environnement vaut le déplacement et les gens très accueillant. On conseil le petit resto Animé Santé ambiance familiale et poisson directement pêche du jour.

una terrazza fantastica

Una splendida ed invidiabile terrazza sul mare azzurro di Tricase porto da dove, anche nelle giornate più afose, si apprezza un piacevole fresco. Posizione ottimale. Villa stupenda, grande, con stanze spaziose e curate nei particolari. Aria condizionata. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Servizio di ottima qualità. Nelle vicinanze, bar, alimentari , e diversi ristoranti, tutti di buona qualità. Sono stata benissimo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

una terrazza fantastica

L'enorme terrazza che si affaccia sul porto di Tricase è davvero invidiabile. Anche nelle giornate di caldo afoso qui fuori c'è sempre un piacevole venticello che ti ristora. La posizione è unica, la casa è molto grande con volte alte e camere spaziose. E' provvista di ogni accessorio. Nelle vicinanze pizzerie e ristoranti di buona qualità. Ci ritornerò di sicuro

unforgettable!

I fell in love with this magic place for a number of reasons: the closeness to the amazing natural swimming pool that is the harbor; the stunning house: elegant, airy, roomy and bright like the old grand parents house where you never bumped into each other; the color and smell of Salento. Grosszügige Villa direkt am Hafen

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in dieser Villa und würden jederzeit wieder hingehen. Das Haus ist eines der ältesten Häuser am Ort, wurde aber erneuert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. + Grosszügiger Grundriss, 3 grosse Schlafzimmer, herrschaftlicher Salon, das Haus hat früher einem Advokat gehört und ist entsprechend grosszügig aufgeteilt und eingerichtet + Sehr schöne und grosse Terrasse auf zwei Seiten des Hauses mit Blick aufs Meer, das absolute Juwel des Hauses + Alles sauber und gepflegt + Sehr nette Betreuung durch die beiden Schwestern (Besitzerinnen) und Maria und Franco vor Ort. Begrüssung mit Früchteschale, Flasche Wein etc. + Ausstattung der Küche für italienische Verhältnisse ok, zum regelmässig selber Kochen dürfte sie noch etwas besser ausgerüstet sein (Brotmesser, Schwingbesen, Gemüseschäler fehlten). + Die schönsten Sonnenaufgänge und das spannende Treiben im Hafen beobachtet man direkt von der Terrasse + Man kann direkt am Ort baden im Meer (ca. 150 m vom Haus an der Ecke des Hafens). Dies ist allerdings offiziell verboten auf dem gesamten Gemeindegebiet. Überall hängen Tafeln mit Badeverboten. Trotzdem schreit niemand danach wenn man einen Schwumm im Meer macht. Für den Tag am Strand eignet sich der Ort aber definitiv nicht. Wirklich schöne Sandstrände sind in 35 min. per Auto erreichbar. - Einziger Nachteil des Hauses: Morgens ist es vom Hafen her immer sehr laut. Ausschlafen ist nicht möglich! Ab 6:00 verlassen die Fischerboote mit Knattermotoren den Hafen, die Strasse wird belebt, es wird gearbeitet (Schiffskran). Wir waren jeden Morgen ab 6 Uhr oder früher wach.
