The "La Folaga" complex is situated on a strip of land jutting out into the lake, in one of the most famous views of Lake Trasimeno—a spot once known as "La Frusta"— precisely because of its narrow, curved shape, between the towns of Montebuono and Sant’Arcangelo, in the municipality of Magione. The apartment is located in an historic complex that was originally a fishermen’s farmhouse.



The Il Puntone apartment is located on the ground floor of the historic complex and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a panoramic balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the lake, and the garden provides direct access to the beach in front.
