Nice property

We were a little concerned with the age of the property when we pulled into the complex but the inside had been recently redone and was very nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Nice-ish place terrible host

The host required copies of photo ID, bank statement or electrical bill and signature of a contract that would allow them to double charge me. I never received information about my reservation and was contacted by the host telling me I needed to go to their office 40 minutes away to sign the contract I e-signed. The person that called berated me and told me this was all my fault because, "I can see you never opened our emails." Even though I had replied to multiple of their emails to provide the documents and get the link to the contract I had to sign. The place itself was damaged with a black garbage bag covering a hole in the bathroom. The towel holder and toilet paper holders were on the floor and one of the drawers in the kitchen was broken with no handle. The time needed to book this wasn't worth it. I'd suggest finding a different host I'd possible and different property.
