Come and stay at our family retreat 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms at the Terra Verde vacation resort. We like that it is private yet close to the clubhouse and pool. Just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Orlando's International Airport, restaurants and shops. A perfect spot to enjoy the parks and a spacious retreat to return to.

Terra Verde is a resort community and there is plenty to do if you want to skip the theme parks/crowds. The community pool is great to swim in or relax by with a hot tub to soak in and nearby hammocks to lounge in. Lots of other things to entertain the kids including a playground, mini golf, table tennis, games, basketball hoop and pool. For older kids/adults there is an exercise room, volley ball and a tennis court.

We know you are likely going to visit the theme parks but there are additional attractions less than 10 minutes away that are both fun and interesting. Celebration is a model town, planned by Disney, that is well worth a walk/cycle around. It has a collection of great restaurants and an ice cream shop. Shingle Creek regional park has historic housing, a nature trail through the cypress swamp and an excellent canoe/kayak rental. center. You can canoe/kayak through pristine swamp and see birds and turtles. These are less expensive, educational and fun ways to spend a day. Further afield is Cape Kennedy, check for launches and see the museum.

We pride ourselves on a fully furnished, clean, and up to date unit. Additions include new tiling downstairs and laminate upstairs. The living room has a leather sofa bed. Our property manager is excellent and has an office on site . We have lots of entertainment options including a large TV. There is free cable access internet in the living room and wireless access throughout the villa. All bedrooms have TV and cable. There is also a selection of board games. All useful for those quiet days at home or evenings when relaxing is important. Our townhouse is kid friendly with a crib/playpen, highchair, baby gate, and patio alarm. It is fully furnished with plenty of sets of towels for both the bathrooms and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped including pots, pans, coffee maker, kettle and lots of dishes and cutlery.

For added security our unit has an electronic door lock so you do not have to worry about late entry or losing the key plus an additional keyed entry if you want extra security. We actively solicit guest feedback and have added extra wine glasses, an overhead fan in the master bedroom and a BBQ in response to guest suggestions.

Please note there is a one time per vehicle $20 fee for a gate pass.
