I have been living and working in Cannes running our family property rental business for the last 16 years. I live nearby to the villa and am available during all rentals to meet clients on arrival and to help with their requirements.
Why they chose this property
If you enjoy a bit of luxury, want a home from home; if you want to relax in the sun, have the occasional dip in the pool, have peace and quiet but still want to able to tap into all the amenities of the city centre bars, shops, restaurants and beaches, this is the place for you. We bought the villa in 2009 and spent six months renovating it to the highest standard. We fell in love with it the moment we walked through the front door when we visited for the first time with a view to buying it. We have tried to keep all the charm and history of the house as it's beauty couldn't be improved upon, from the stained glass window on the marble staircase and the original tiling in the entrance hall to the ornate ceilings and coving, we just had to gently bring Les Roses Blanches back up to date and to the standing it deserves. During the recent health crises it is natural that hygiene and cleanliness is of concern. We undergo a full maintenance programme at the beginning of every season including a deep clean of all areas, including soft furnishings, beds, sofas and carpets. In between each rental the villa is disinfected from top to bottom, the pool is deep cleaned and the garden and terraces jet washed .
What makes this property unique
This villa is quite unique in Cannes, it has been fully renovated with original features preserved, has a private pool, off road parking, sea views and is within a short walk of the city centre but is situated in a very quiet residential area. You won't find another one like it. The added benefits during the recent health crisis are that you can totally continue to isolate but enjoy a holiday at the same time. Once the gates to the garden are closed you are in a beautiful area with private pool in a secure and peaceful neighbourhood away from crowds with the advantage of having small local shops within a two minute walk to top of on essential grocery shopping.
