Quiet apartment for max 5 people located in the historic center of Florence, 5 minutes walking to Ponte Vecchio, in an authentic Florentine area, called 'Oltrarno'. 15 minutes walking from Uffizi and Duomo The apartment is on the 2nd floor, No Elevator (40 steps), and it is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedrooms, with double bed, bathroom (with tub a shower fixture), a large and full of light living room with a double size sofa bed and chair-bed, a dining area looking on a small and quiet courtyard, closet with the washing machine. Floor in 'cotto fiorentino' and parquet. Very quiet. Tv, internet wireless, independent heating, hot-water, washing machine, bed linen and blankets, table linen, bath towels, pots and dishes, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, iron-board, hair-dryer. You can get the best out of your holiday in the city

The Boboli apartment was exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. The street was very quiet at night but near everything we liked during the day and night. Lots of restaurant options just a couple blocks away. Major tourist attractions minutes away. Nothing was more than a 20 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with high ceilings and lots of windows for natural light and a cross-breeze. Having a washing machine and clothes rack was perfect as we only packed carry-on bags. The apartment is on the second floor which means there were four flights of stairs. Having a dishwasher also freed up our time to keep seeing sights.Finally, communication with our host was fantastic before and during our long stay.

On second floor, no elevator. Keys required. Kitchen more than adequate, A/C good, not a whole lot in the immediate area, but 15 minutes to “downtown”Firenze. Not very close to an adequate market.

John, thank you so much for your kind review. It was a pleasure hosting you . The apartment, as clearly stated in the description, is on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. I'm sorry if this was an inconvenience. However, I don't understand why you say there isn't much nearby. Just a 3-minute walk away is a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop, and restaurants and cafes. In the square, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, there's a market every morning with clothing and fruit and vegetable stalls. A larger, well-stocked supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.All the main monuments of the city are within walking distance, or near the house there is a bus stop I'm always happy to provide this and other information to our guests, to make their stay enjoyable. In the apartment, you'll also find my own guidebook with all the necessary information.
