Quiet apartment for max 5 people located in the historic center of Florence, 5 minutes walking to Ponte Vecchio, in an authentic Florentine area, called 'Oltrarno'. 15 minutes walking from Uffizi and Duomo The apartment is on the 2nd floor, No Elevator (40 steps), and it is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedrooms, with double bed, bathroom (with tub a shower fixture), a large and full of light living room with a double size sofa bed and chair-bed, a dining area looking on a small and quiet courtyard, closet with the washing machine. Floor in 'cotto fiorentino' and parquet. Very quiet. Tv, internet wireless, independent heating, hot-water, washing machine, bed linen and blankets, table linen, bath towels, pots and dishes, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, iron-board, hair-dryer. So comfortable, cool and quiet

Campuccio 1 is a delightful apartment in Oltrano. It is as it appears in the photos and all amenities listed are available. It is clean, light and airy. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Our hosts were very welcoming, gave us plenty of useful information, were very reliable and prompt in their communications, were available for any questions yet did not disturb us during our stay. The location is an easy walk from Florence centre but out of the hustle and bustle. Great eating and drinking venues a stroll away as well as artist and artisan workshops. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

So nice to come back to after a big day out.

Oltarno is a great area to stay in, It is full of interesting streets with local artists and craftsman. It is also very close to the Pitti palace and the Boboli Gardens. Other areas of Florence, including the railway station are easily accessible on foot, although not recommended to walk with your suitcase! Customer service excels in this establishment - a nice welcome and orientation to the apartment and time spent recommending various local restaurants etc. We tried most of them and were so glad we did. The apartment is bright and airy, well equipped and really comfortable. It has a nice homely feel which is so much appreciated after a day of playing tourist. There are a lot of stairs to negotiate with your suitcase and at the end of the day, but this was not a problem for us. Overall, we appreciated the welcome, enjoyed the apartment, the location and love Florence.

Perfect quiet location

We stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located on the “quiet” side of the Arno but within easy walking distance to all sights. Lots of terrific restaurants for dinner where the locals eat. Prices and food absolutely wonderful. Alessandra was a great communicator and was able to let us in earlier than the standard check in time. We would definitely stay there again. Sorts of tips for where to eat etc in a book that gives

Over the Arno

The apartment is located in Oltrarno, near The Holy Trinity Bridge. It is an artisan quarter with craft shops, small delicatessens, excellent eateries for all budgets, food market and food / craft market a stone's throw away in Santo Spirito Square on Sundays. It felt very safe. Alessandra was there to meet us and explained everything we needed to know. It was very special to stay in Florence where the visit felt like we were living there rather than just occupying a room in a hotel. This apartment is very close to the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens, the latter being a definite must see as the views of the Tuscan countryside are spectacular. I would try to book this apartment again should the need ever arise.
