Newly renovated, the apartment has a surface of 48 squared meters and composes itself of a living room with American kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a modern bathroom. The living room's sofa can host in addition two guest, with its 140x200 cm openable bed.
The tasteful design of the interiors has been thought to respect the structure of the apartment, but also to offer its guest the most comfortable experience possible.
Thus in the apartment you will find a Satellite TV with DVD player, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine and ironing equipment, hair dryer, water boiler, dish washer, toaster and a fully equipped kitchen.
Of course, all linen and towels are included, as is a weekly cleaning service that will provide you with fresh linen and towels.
