Begur is one of the most special destinations on the Costa Brava, a medieval townwith cobblestone streets, colonial houses and a castle with panoramic views.

Nearby beaches and coves are famous: tranquil Aiguablava, picturesque Sa Tuna, wide Sa Riera, hidden Platja Fondaand the unique Illa Roja. You can also walk the Camí de Ronda, a scenic coastal path perfect for hiking.

The area is ideal for water sports such as kayaking, snorkeling, paddle surfing or diving. You’ll also enjoy the Empordà gastronomy, with fresh fish, seafood rice dishes, tapas and wines with DO Empordà.
