The Hazels, Ashlin Farm Barns

The Hazels is an architect-designed brick built property, standing in its own grounds situated along Woodland View. The barn has been designed to provide comfort, space and privacy for up to 8 guests and is located just outside the historic city of Lincoln.

The traditional design of the exterior fits in well with the Lincolnshire countryside location. The open-plan interior is large and contemporary, but also warm and welcoming with an attractive, quality finish with style and comfort throughout. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, including a dishwasher and drinks cooler, ideal for self-catering accommodation. Gather around the large dining table with family or friends before sinking into the huge 8 seater sofa and cosying up in front of the log burner, where logs are provided for your stay. There is also underfloor heating to keep you warm during your stay.

There are four super-king size bedrooms, all of which are individually designed and can be split into two twin beds, if you prefer. There is one bedroom located on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, each with their own en-suite facilities and wall mounted TV’s. The Hazels also features a separate utility room (with a washing machine, drying machine and an additional fridge), and a separate family bathroom with a bath tub.

To the front is a large private entrance space driveway. To the rear, The Hazels boasts an enclosed private garden, whereby the south-facing aspect allows you to enjoy the sun all day long. The beautiful garden has the luxury of its own huge hot tub for your entire party to enjoy together, heated outdoor shower, illuminated seating area and barbecue. The sun room is a separate space to enjoy with its own sheltered seating and bi-folding doors looking onto the garden. Come day or night, the garden is the perfect space for relaxing with family or friends, whatever the occasion.

If you have a larger party, we are able to facilitate multiple barn bookings across our barns sleeping 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests. The Hazels is one of our pet friendly barns, so you can bring your well-behaved pets along with you at no extra cost.
