About the host
Hosted by Jeff Grant

Jennifer and I are both native to the area and have spent our entire lives here. I am a local builder and she is a caretaker for several people here on Prospect Point. We are avid outdoors-people, who enjoy hiking, boating, bird watching and sightseeing. I am a member of the Planning Board as well as a consultant for the new town park. We support many local charities and basically love our little town.
Why they chose this property
We have taken care of this home and its owners for many years. When the opportunity to purchase it came up in the winter of 2016, we jumped at the occasion. We are unable to move in at this time due to my business needs and have decided to share with others.
What makes this property unique
We have both always loved the idyllic nature of this home, being the last house on our road. We both grew up here on the coast but, until you spend an evening listening to the beach rocks lapping the shore to the spectacular sunrises, you haven't experienced "the way life should be".
