Beautiful apartment in the urbanization Al Andalus Residencial in Vera Playa, up to 5 people. With terrace, living room with TV smart with spanish channels. German/ Belgian satellite TV available on request , Wifi, kitchen (with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave) 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning system (cold / hot). Covered parking space.
Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. Outdoor pool with a small pool for small children and babies, open from 1 June to 30 September, outside those dates there is a heated indoor pool (consult dates). Tennis/paddle court. There is also a small children's playground .Several apartments available.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week.

Cómodo apartamento en urbanización con piscina y pádel a 5 min coche de una buena playa

La urbanización es muy bonita y está bien cuidada. Buena piscina con césped y sombras. Pista de pádel. Aire acondicionado. Plaza de parking a la sombra. Pegada a un Mercadona. A 5 minutos en coche de una buena playa. Para salir a dar una vuelta por la tarde noche mejor Garrucha (10 min en coche y fácil de aparcar)

Fijn nazomeren in mooie omgeving

75 dagen, 2,5 maanden een heerlijke tijd gehad. Dicht genoeg bij het strand, 7 autominuten. Leuke uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Granada, Almeria, Geodide van Pulpi etc.. genoten van autotourtjes langs de kuststrook en de diverse natuurparken. Het appartement was prima in orde en heerlijk ruim voor 2-4 personen, keuken was goed voorzien van hulpmiddelen als je toevallig even niet in een van de restaurantjes wilde eten. Helaas voor ons moesten we ook wat voor ons eigen bedrijf werk verrichten. Gelukkig was er snel en zeer betrouwbaar internet in het appartement. Netflix, Disney+, Ziggogo.tv app werkten in hoge kwaliteit zonder enig haperen. Conclusie eerste klas aanrader mede door de Mercarado supermarkt op 3 minuten loopafstand.

A recommander si vous chercher le calme.

L'appartement est bien agencé. Le lit double un peu petit. Le village de vacances est très calme à cette période de l'année. Chouette piscine. Le centre de Vera est à 2 km. Soit vous êtes un bon marcheur, soit vous utilisez la voiture. Les plages sont grandes et propres.

Nous y avons passé un mois, nous avons beaucoup aimé. Appartement fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Tranquillité et calme. Lieu résidentiel propre et soigné. Piscine intérieure appréciée. Perfecto, muy recomendable

Hemos pasado una semana, nos ha gustado mucho. Muy limpio y funcional cerca de las playas a 5min en coche, visitamos los pueblos de Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera... están a 10min en coche. El propietario amable y muy puntual, muy buena comunicación con el en todo momento. Muchas gracias a Gerad por todo da gusto encontrarse con profesionales eficaces y a la vez tan amables. Si volvemos a pasar las vacaciones por Almería repetiremos Seguro.

Ubicación muy buena, urbanización tranquila, completa, cuidada y limpia. Cerca de la playa en, coche a dos minutos, al lado del Mercadona, perfecto para hacer la compra. Respecto a la casa, muy muy completa. Tanto en menaje, cosas de la casa, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y en el salón, TV con internet, camas muy cómodas, todo muy bien. Fantastic winter apartment

Very comfortable apartment in convenient location

The apartment was well-equipped, clean and comfortable, and quite spacious for the two of us (my husband and I) for a 9-day stay in October. The complex was also very clean and well-kept. The location was very convenient for the supermarket and two bars/restaurants (all walking distance), and very close for visiting Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar. By car. Gerardo was very helpful and welcoming and easy to deal with. We recommend it and very much hope to return.

Pleasant property (Apartment)

In a block but only a short walking distance to a nice restaurant, good supermarket and cafe. Air con, TV , balcony and one minute from a nice pool. You will need a car to get to the beach in Vera Playa as it is a 10 minute drive away, but taxi is very cheap.

Hemos estado siete días en este apartamento en Semana Santa y todo ha estado perfecto. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, dos habitaciones, dos baños y una terraza en la que pudimos comer y desayunar todos los días. La urbanización está muy bien, es muy tranquila. Especial mención a la piscina cubierta que está abierta todo el día lo que nos permitía darnos un baño antes de cenar sin prisas pues no había hora de cierre, y el agua a una temperatura excelente. A dos minutos caminando hay un bar y un Mercadona donde hacer la compra. Muy recommendable!

It was a pleasure to deal with Gerd.. He was there on time for our arrival and departure and showed us all we needed to know about the property and mentioned what we might need to know if the surrounding area. Answered any questions we had and was on hand if we required anything throughout our stay. There was more than enough things in the apartment for our stay including extra info of the local area. Es una urbanización cerrada, tranquila, sin ruidos, con aparcamiento, piscina. El apartamento muy cómodo, en una primera planta, acceso por escalera sin ascensor. con todos los accesorios y electrodomésticos, limpio, terraza con vista a la montaña y Vera playa, al fondo Mojácar. Para ir a la playa debes utilizar el vehículo privado o transporte público que pasa cerca de la urbanización. La atención de los propietarios correcta, dándote toda la información posible. Recomendable.
