Opportunity to book these important days in the desert while it's still available.This is an end-unit condo that provides lots of light and open views.

Palm Valley offers a dining area plus Bogies, a casual breakfast-lunch restaurant.
Their beautiful bar features special small plate nights and entertainment.

SPA for facials and massage. 49 outdoor pools and spas (one just steps away from the condo), This condo is favorably situated close to the Clubhouse on Hole #1 of the Challenge Course. Also it sits across the lake from where the golfers tee off. (No pesky golf carts driving by).

Palm Springs is really fun. Thursday night market night is exciting and the cozy night spots feature dancing and music.

Photos on VRBO were deceiving…

The owner of this property lives there for 9 months and rents it out for 3 months! Therefore, most of her “stuff” was still in the closets, drawers and cupboards with a “Private” label stuck on them! Just two drawers were available for us to use in the MB! Her Knick knacks, photos, etc, were all over the rental…bottom line…just too much clutter! However, one positive… the owner was good about responding to items that needed fixing or replaced during our stay!

Palm Valley stay

The property was very nice, located within a country club community and fronting the first fairway of the course. it was 2 units from the pool within easy walking distance. Home was nicely appointed, very clean and the owner was gracious and helpful. I would recommend the unit and would stay again if it is available.

We spent many happy fun years here together and of course played golf and tennis. We are now wanting to travel more and have decided we can share our shangri la with others while we are gone.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. Palm Valley is a perfect community to spend your vacation, many activities and sports including golf and tennis. Second, it is located in the heart of Palm Desert with everything that this town has to offer. Third, it is a few miles from the main freeway to take you anywhere in Southern California. And finally our condo is beautifully upgraded, lots of TVs and all the amenities to be super comfortable.

What makes Palm Valley special is the cozy friendly environment, an intangible that people from all over the world have discovered when they come here and often end up purchasing a home. We have neighbors from all parts of the US and Canada.
We even have celebrities. They have all found their little piece of heaven.
