The Space:

Villa Sailing has everything you need for a stay at the coast in Nieuwpoort. The entire property was decorated with great care to create a cozy atmosphere in the spacious home.



Upon arrival you will find the large living room and kitchen, it is spacious and welcoming. With seating for all guests, this space is perfect for a cozy get-together. The kitchen is a social hub and features modern appliances and a wide selection of cooking and eating utensils. From the kitchen you have a view of the garden. The garden also has outdoor furniture, so you can also enjoy a delicious meal or breakfast outside.



The house has four bedrooms. Divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with one bunk bed and 2 separate beds (possibility of adding 2 more beds for children only). From the bedrooms with double bed you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the balcony with your morning coffee.



Villa Sailing has 2 modern and spacious bathrooms. The first has a bathtub, shower, toilet and a sink. The other bathroom has a shower and sink.



Villa Sailing's outdoor space completes it all. A game of petanque in the garden provides a fun and relaxing atmosphere during your stay! You can as well use a BBQ, bikes or the available ping-pong table! That will be fun!



During your stay you can easily park several cars in the attached garage or driveway.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
