Nine adults and one child had plenty of space in this grand house.Location was very good. Inexpensive larking just at the end of the street. Shops and eateries at the other end.Short ten minute max walk to the beach, 15-20 minute walk to the Kursaal and other more central areas.Buses fairly close with simple contactless payment.
Das Haus hat eine recht zentrale Lage, in 15 min ist man in der City, in ca. 10 min am Meer.Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als größere Gruppe benötigte (zB in der Küche). Die Vermieterin begrüßte und persönlich und zeigte und die Einrichtung. Sie brachte sogar einen Strauß Rosen für uns mit!Es fehlte uns an nichts.Bei aller Liebe zu diesem wunderschönen, alten Gebäude muss aber auch gesagt werden, dass eben auch alle Türen um Haus alt sind, das zeigt sich zB daran, dass Toiletten- und Badezimmertüren nicht abschließbar sind. Das ist bei der Schönheit des alten Gebäudes aber in Kauf zu nehmen, daher kann man volle Punkte vergeben!!!Ein kleiner Fehler in der Heizung wurde SOFORT behoben, vielen Dank an die Vermieter!!!Gut : am Ende der Straße ist ein großes Parkdeck, seinen Pkw dort abzustellen kostet pro 24 Stunde nur 1,10 Euro (kein Scherz!), wo gibt es sowas überhaupt noch?Im direkten Umfeld sind ein ALDI und ein CARREFOUR Supermarkt, das ist prima!Uns hat das verlängerte Wochenende dort sehr gut gefallen.
