Zou er zo opnieuw gaan.

Heel erg fijn, een echt vakantiegevoel.De netheid kon iets beter. Ook de infrastructuur is nog voor verbetering vatbaar, maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. De keuken miste wel wat zaken (een schaar, schotelvod). Het sanitair kon ook wat beter: één douche voor 12 personen is echt weinig. Oké, er was een 2de ligbad, maar zonder douchegordijn en met een heel korte darm naar de sproeikop kon je dit niet als douche gebruiken.Maar, zoals gezegd: ik zou er zo opnieuw komen.

Een fantastische locatie op een duin met prachtig uitzicht. Genoeg ruimte voor een groep van 12 personen. Minpunten: het huis was niet schoon en etensresten zaten nog aan het servies. Toiletten werkten niet naar behoren. In 1 badkamer een volwaardige douche, in de andere badkamer een bad zonder douchegordijn of afscheiding zodat je niet in het bad kon douchen. Dus te weinig douchegelegenheid voor een groep van 12 personen. Kussens voor buitenmeubilair waren vies. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers in de kelder waar het vochtig is.

Huis is ruim, gezellig, mooie lichte en zonnige ruimtes. Mooie afgebakende tuin, super voor onze honden. Helaas ook minpunten: Badkamerdeuren kunnen niet op slot Afvoer ruik je en is niet in orde bij toilet begane grond Geen tafeltennistafel aanwezig, staat wel aangegeven bij de beschrijving Rolluiken op slaapkamer gaan niet dicht Kussens op bed zijn niet fijn Verder een heel gezellig verblijf gehad Nadeel is wel tot we er al om 10:00 uur uit moesten zijn. Voor een 15e persoon betaalden we 80 euro extra, zelf het bed meebrengen.

Prachtige ligging ruim en mooi huis

Verblijf heel goed. Minpuntjes zijn sommige bedden die oud en niet goed zijn. Slaapkamer in kelder is minder goed, koud en vochtig. Voor de rest alles oke, ruim en gerieflijk huis met een prachtige ligging.

Einfach (aber) großartig

Wir haben hier im Winter eine Woche mit Freunden meinen 60. Geburtstag gefeiert. Es war genau die richtige Location. Das große Wohn- Esszimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein und lässt alle immer wieder zusammenkommen. Der Blick aus den großen Fenstern über die Landschaft in alle Richtungen bis zum Meer ist einfach unübertreffbar. Die Schlafzimmer können zum Rückzug genutzt werden, sind aber nicht mehr als klassische Hotelschlafzimmer, meist mit eigenem Waschbecken und großen Kleiderschränken. Das Haus strahlt viel Geschichte aus und ist dementsprechend auch an vielen Stellen historisch. Besonders gefallen haben mir die alten Badeplakate, die in einigen Räumen hängen. Man ist schnell gedanklich 100 Jahre zurück. Wir sind wunderbar klar gekommen, auch die 2 Badezimmer im Obergeschoss waren voll ausreichend für ein paar Tage, die Regendusche ist toll. Wer jedoch höhere Ansprüche an Komfort und Ausstattung hat, sollte weiter suchen. Nicht alle Betten sind komfortabel, zwei Zimmer sind im gefühlten Keller, haben aber Fenster nach draußen. Und, nicht zu vergessen: Das Haus liegt auf einem windigen Hügel, es gibt viele steile Treppen. Im Haus sind diese auch lackiert, damit nicht gut für kleine Kinder oder Hunde geeignet. Aber, wie gesagt: für uns war das Haus ideal, es haben sich alle darin sehr wohl gefühlt. In den Sommermonaten ist es bestimmt auch ganz toll, den großen Garten für gemeinsame Tätigkeiten, wie Grillen, zu nutzen. Es gibt auch eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick über ganz Koksijde. Würde ich öfter mit mindestens 8 bis 10 Menschen verreisen, würde ich immer wieder hierher kommen. Genügend Parkplätze waren zumindest im Februar vorhanden. Man kann direkt ans Haus, zumindest zum Ausladen. Ich würde auch den Charme dieses Hauses keineswegs durch allzu starke Modernisierungen geändert haben wollen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt, konnte mir als Gastgeber aber auch das schönste Zimmer aussuchen...

etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in wunderbarer Lage am Ortsrand von Koksijde; sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter (defekte Spülmaschine wurde gegen neue ausgetauscht)! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Voldoende ruimte voor 14 personen

Kamers voldoende, twee douches, waarvan 1 in een bad zonder spatscherm die dan ook niet is gebruikt. Dus eigenlijk 1 douche voor 14 personen. Door spreiding avond ochtend op te lossen. In de omgeving niet gelijk veel te doen. Naar Ieper geweest. Dat was goed uitje.
