Welcome to our brand-new two room Berlin style apartment! The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin: in fascinating district Wedding/Mitte.
The neighberhood reminds you of the famous pulsing Kreuzberg within the 80ies.
Turkish stores, shishabars and moviecenters as well as modern artgaleries and innovative offtheaters are shaping the atmosphere of this district. Students, artists, old- and newberliners are creating that dynamic and unique berlin vibe.

The apartment is typical for the turn of the century architecture: high ceilings and spacious rooms.
The living room offers a fully equipped kitchen and a glass eating table plus a huge couch with a flat TV.

The 1st bedroom includes one double bed.
The 2nd bedroom includes two double beds and a huge shelf.

The kitchen is very spacious and gives you the opportunity to cook, eat or just to chill. It is fully equipped and offers you for example a gas stove and -oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a dish washer.

The bathroom is modern and offers you a shower cabin, toilet paper, fresh towels and bedding is always included in our price. WIFI is also available and for free.

Lovely and central

We (family of 5) had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, convenient, and very practical—perfect for someone looking for a student-style setup. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and everything you need within reach. Not luxurious, but ideal for a comfortable and efficient stay in the city.

US family (2 adults, 2 young children) and 2 friends in town for the Berlin marathon. Overall, the property accommodated all of us well and I was very pleased! Pros:Great location, nice neighborhood in proximity to various restaurants, markets/grocery stores, and metro. Overall property was clean, adequately stocked bathroom & kitchen, and enough towels and blankets for our stay. We stayed 3 nights so you'd definitely need more towels beyond that. Washing machine was available but no way to dry (no regular or heated hanging racks like you see in most EU hotels or properties). Adequate lighting/lamps and fans (1 per room - it was warm!!). The outer entry into the building & the inner entry into the apartment was all controlled by key pad pin entry; no need for a smart lock app (which was a little confusing but we figured it out easily).Cons:Back garden and entry felt a bit questionable because the door to the back garden was in disrepair/couldn't be secured shut, there was a lot of garbage & clutter in the garden, as well as construction in the hallway leading to the doorway. Communication was ok at first and gradually got better as the stay neared in dates. My one issue was they they charged me in full 1 month before my stay (e.g. my stay started 9/18 and balance due stated 9/18, but they charged me on 8/18). I reached out to the manager 2x and they never responded, so I was a bit disappointed in that. After that the communication was better.

Check in en check out gingen soepel, het primeflats team reageerde snel op berichten. Het appartement was ruim, goed verwarmd en de douche was goed. De voorzieningen in het appartment waren ruim voldoende.

Wohnung OK, aber nicht mehr

Insgesamt zu teure Wohnung, Ziemlich dunkel, auch nicht gut heller zu beleuchten. Die Betten sind dafür sehr gut. Geschirr und Küchengeräte in mäßigem Zustand, der große Glastisch im Wohnzimmer klapperte und war sehr laut. Die Lage ist gut. Insgesamt alles ok, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Baulärm

Die Wohnung ist für einen Trip nach Berlin gut geeignet. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die S-Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe. Allerdings wird das Haus gerade saniert und wir wurden morgens durch erheblichen Baulärm geweckt.
