Peace, quiet and cool reign in this older private community home where lots are huge, views are spectacular and other homes are barely visible. We are less than a 5 minute drive to the main intersection of the town of Cashiers, nestled up the road from the classic 1930s Cedar Creek Club on Lake Lupkin. Built in the 1980s and lovingly renovated this year, this 3 bedroom (plus finished attic bedroom) and 3 1/2 bathroom house comfortably sleeps 8 people. The main floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace and mountain views. The kitchen is open to the living room as well as a smaller den/dining area combo (LR, kit and DA all compose an 'L' shape). The downstairs master has a king bed and a luxurious deep bath with a separate shower. On the 2nd floor is another master with a queen bed and dual sinks w combo tub/shower as well as a guest room with 2 extra long twin beds and a hall bath with tub/shower - which is also shared with the attic room. The finished attic room sleeps 2 children. The front porch of the home is large, faces south east and accommodates a seating area and a dining table for 6-8 (a bit of a squeeze). Extra chairs are in the garage shed. There is a 2 car garage/carport with motion detector lights. All brand new KitchenAid appliances and new Maytag washer/dryer in separate laundry room off of the kitchen.

This is a great vacation home! The deck and view are outstanding. House has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Cashiers/Highlands area. Just a few minutes from Cashiers downtown area.
My family of six adults had plenty of room to enjoy the house. Overall an A+.
