Conveniently located atop the Sapphire Valley Resort, just minutes from the heart (4-corners) of Cashiers, NC and a beautiful short drive to Highlands, NC. Whether you’re just looking to escape the summer heat or host an extended family vacation this home is perfect for the one who expects the best.

Overhead gas commercial heaters to Main Floor Outdoor Deck for added warmth during our winter months.

GOURMET KITCHEN with quartzite counters, black stainless steel Kitchen-aid appliances, BLUE STAR 6 burner professional GAS COOK TOP/OVEN, Kitchen-Aid Wall Oven and convection/microwave. LARGE CENTER ISLAND and Walk-In Pantry.

DINING ROOM is located conveniently to the kitchen, ensuring entertaining is easy with a dining table that seats 10 and a kitchen center island that seats 4.

GREAT ROOM has a 65” flat screen TV or relax while you listen to the crackle of the wood burning fireplace. The great room wall has tall glass doors that span all the way across, providing you to see the views and let in natural light. WET BAR with 2 beverage/wine refrigerators & POWDER ROOM with a rock wall/petrified wood sink are all part of the great room.

MAIN FLOOR DECK is 600 sqft allowing you to take in the fresh mountain air and LONG-RANGE views of PANTHERTOWN VALLEY, protected public land so you won’t see a single home! There is a very large custom fabricated BARN TIN dining table that SEATS 10, another flat screen TV, built-in GAS GRILL, an inviting Restoration Hardware L-SHAPED SOFA and a wood burning stone fireplace.

3 BEDROOM SUITES on the MAIN FLOOR all with PRIVATE bathrooms, TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses, Direct TV and incredible views.

Relax after a long day of hiking in the STONE SOAKING TUB surrounded by windows that gaze out to the mountains.

BEDROOM 2 offers a luxurious Anthropologie King bed with access to a private sleeping porch with a day bed. PERFECT PLACE FOR A NAP!

BEDROOM 3 offers a luxurious Queen bed by Restoration Hardware with access to a private sleeping porch with a day bed. PERFECT PLACE FOR A NAP!

BEDROOM 4 LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS is the perfect retreat for kids! It boasts 2 Twin over Twin bunks and 1 Full over Full bunk bed, comfortably sleeping 6 or 8.

DOWNSTAIRS GAME ROOM with a billiard table, foosball table and ping pong table.

DOWNSTAIRS MEDIA ROOM HAS A VERY LARGE U-shaped leather sofa, perfect for movie watching or gaming using the provided Playstation 4 and Xbox One consoles on the 65” flat screen. WET BAR with a beverage refrigerator is also located downstairs for your convenience.

DOWNSTAIRS DECK offers another wood burning fireplace, and comfy seating to relax in by the 6 person Jacuzzi. Beautiful sunset views await you!

Owners may occupy the detached Garage Apartment from time to time.

Christmas in North Carolina

Absolutely fabulous home and vacation with family! Roxanne was very helpful for her property but also for activities and restaurants in the area. She even had a Christmas tree up and decorated for Christmas. Supplies were so appreciated.

Perfect Mountain Get Away 5-Stars

Beautiful House - Heavenly Views

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of perfect. The house was spotless, well-appointed, and expertly decorated, with stunning views that took our breath away. This house is amazing and really has everything you would ever want - the best mountain views, gorgeous RH furniture, perfect layout for families (or couples), great outdoor living space and a stocked kitchen. Wonderful holiday vacation

My family stayed at this beautiful home through the Christmas holidays. We absolutely loved it, and we highly recommend it for any occasion. In addition to the spectacular views from the decks, the clean and large jacuzzi, the high quality pool table and other game room activities, and the numerous fireplaces, the owners could not have been more helpful (we loved all of their recommended nearby hiking trails and restaurants).

The Mountains are Calling

The property and location are both stunning! The home was so comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed. The wildlife, visible from the front windows, included deer, wild turkey, and a bear. We were lucky enough to watch the fall colors begin to populate the tree canopy from the rear decks. We also captured several terrific sunsets. The owner is fantastic, so attentive, and provided so much information about the home/area in advance.

This home is absolutely beautiful, with well thought out features throughout. Plenty of parking out front and plenty of space to spread out inside. Our group enjoyed the game room downstairs and the phenomenal kitchen. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Vacation Cabin Getaway/ Views for Days

What an amazing place!

We had the best time at this property. It had something for everyone. The house is exceptionally well equipped for anything you might need. Nothing short of amazing!

It’s going to be hard to return to normal life. Every detail of this home was incredible. From the heated beds to the fully stocked kitchen, and the gorgeous fireplaces - we LOVED our time here. The lot is so very private and the views can’t be matched. We will definitely be back.

Family getaway

Wonderful week and perfect size cabin for our family. 6 adults- 2 teens and a baby. Everything was 5*. Cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. Amazing views and professionally decorated with great taste. Appreciated all the extras (robes, cell chargers, throws). We enjoyed the private lake a couple times and the teens enjoyed the rec center nearby. Host had fantastic communication and easy checkin.

The best mountain house ever!

We celebrated 25 years of coming to the Cashiers area with our family this year. We could not have asked for a better house or experience. This home is so beautiful and well thought out-every detail. The common spaces were wonderful and large for our family to spend time together. And the view—wow! We have stayed in a handful of homes and nothing touches this! Roxanne was a wonderful host giving us many good tips and answering all our questions. We were glad to actually meet her while we were there. If you are looking for mountain luxury, do not hesitate to book this for your vacation. We will be back!

A magical mountain top retreat!

We had the best time in Cashiers for my husbands 40th birthday! The house was an absolute treat with so many thoughtful details that made our stay feel special! From the adorable powder sink faucet to having all the lights on a dimmer… no stone was left unturned in terms of providing a great atmosphere! The view and porches were the icing on the cake and the perfect place to watch a few football games! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality! We will definitely be back!!!

We live in Winter Park, Florida and the weather seems to be getting hotter every year! We really wanted a home to escape to that was completely opposite of Florida. We fell in love with the view and the surrounding area! Once we decided this was the best location, we started to shop the real estate market. We both have to admit that we're very picky and just couldn't find an existing home that matched our criteria. We found our Architect, Builder and 16 months later we had our custom built home on top of The Divide at Bald Rock. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We own a Travel Company and knew we would only be able to utilize the house for a month out of the year. We thought that we should share this gorgeous home with breathtaking views and let others have a extremely peaceful, get away from it all vacation.
