Situated on our family land, this exquisite villa was constructed in 2021 and is nestled within the charming settlement of Foinikia, offering a delightful local atmosphere. One of the notable advantages of this villa's location is its proximity to all essential amenities, ensuring a truly relaxing holiday experience. Just a few steps away, you'll find a convenient small grocery store, delightful restaurants serving local cuisine, and stunning churches. Adjacent to the villa, there is ample free public parking. Additionally, a brief ten-minute stroll from Foinikia will lead you to the captivating caldera and the cosmopolitan village of Oia.
Foinikia itself is a tranquil village, and the outstanding feature of Pink Freud Villas is the ability to walk to Oia, where you can witness the world's renowned sunset, explore excellent shopping options, enjoy vibrant bars, and indulge in exquisite dining experiences. However, upon returning to this "home away from home," you will love the serenity and tranquility offered, allowing for a relaxing evening and a refreshing drink by your private pool.
The villa encompasses two floors. Upon entering, you will step onto the front porch adorned with an olive tree and a small sitting area. The ground floor has a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a bathroom, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. The living room gracefully overlooks the front terrace, offering a picturesque view of the private jetted swimming pool, with breathtaking vistas of the sea and the enchanting sunset. Ascending to the first floor, you will see two bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed and the other equipped with two twin beds. It is important to note that while the bedroom with twin beds lacks a door, a beautiful and romantic curtain provides minimal privacy, imparting a sense of intimacy.
Upstairs, there is an additional bathroom along with a balcony that provides a picturesque view of both the sea and the sunset. Lovely spot in Santorini

Enjoyed our final leg of Greece trips with 3 days at Lena’s spot. Group of 5 people and it worked well for us. Pool and outdoor patio was a great bonus. Easy walk to so much - restaurant, shops, wine tasting. Lena set us up with transfers and recommendations. Was a great host.

Wonderful Villa

My family and I had the most amazing stay at Pink Freud Villas. Lena, our host, was fabulous. She had excellent recommendations from everything to the best restaurants and beaches, to massage and wine tasting. She helped us set up our activities and car transfers which allowed for a seamless introduction to the island. On top of that, she is just a lovely person who showed interest and care for our group. The villa caretakers are also lovely and helped with luggage transfer, laundry service and brought us fresh home made cheese pies. The villa itself we found to be a perfect spot for relaxing on the island as well as exploring. The amenities are well thought out and comfortable. It looks just like the pictures! We had the experience of a lifetime and can’t wait to plan our next trip!!

Built in 2021 in my family land, this beautiful villa is located inside the settlement of Foinikia and has a luxurious local feeling. One of the advantages of the location of this villa is that you are close to everything you might need for a truly relaxing holiday experience. A small grocery store, little restaurants with local food and beautiful churches are just few steps away. There is free public parking across near by. If you walk a little further, from Foinikia, only ten minutes, you find yourself in the beautiful caldera and the cosmopolitan village Oia. Foinikia is a quiet village, and the great thing about Pink Freud Villas is that you can walk to Oia where you can experience the worlds most famous sunset, great shopping, bars and fine dining restaurants. But when you return "home" you will enjoy peace and quiet and an evening drink at your private pool.
