Our team and I have been welcoming guests to London for many years, and we take real pride in personal hospitality — particularly for the kind of guests this house attracts: international families, corporate parties, diplomatic visitors, and friends travelling together who want a genuine private home rather than a hotel.

We host in English, German and Chinese, with a 24-hour emergency contact and team availability during office hours. Where possible we'll greet you in person on arrival, walk you through the property, and share our personal recommendations for the neighbourhood.
