Beautifully refurbished (2023) cottage positioned in the heart of Ingleton Village, this charming retreat is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and dog treats. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Outdoor tap. Public car park (3 minute walk away, at cost). Bike store. No smoking.. Inglenook Cottage is filled with character and charm and has been lovingly renovated by its owners. Inside, everything is brand new and beautifully presented. As you enter the building on the ground floor, you are greeted by a large boot room and cycle store. This also serves as a utility room with a washing machine, should you need it. It’s also a great place to clean off your beloved pooch! Up the first flight of stairs there is a spacious open plan living space. Featuring wood beams and full-height windows to take advantage of the views, the living area has plenty of comfortable seating for the whole party, a Smart TV, and direct access to the small balcony offering stunning views of St. Mary’s Church. On a sunny afternoon, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple from this wonderful west-facing spot.
There is a country farmhouse kitchen with all the modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. In addition, there is a dining area so everyone can enjoy a hearty meal together. Located on this floor is a stunning bathroom with freestanding roll top bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink as well as a double bedroom with hanging space. There are two additional kingsize bedrooms, both with plenty of storage, the master boasting an en-suite shower room. An external tap is ideal for washing muddy boots and paws. The village of Ingleton has an indoor climbing and bouldering wall, cycle pump track, outdoor swimming pool and children’s riverside play area. There are many walks in the area, including the famous waterfalls trail and Whitescar Caves. There are independent shops to explore including the award winning bakery selling artisan cakes and bakes.
You will be spoilt for choice for places to eat and and drink too, Ingleton has an abundance of pubs, cafés, bars and restaurants. A gateway to the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park, Ingleton is also well located for the nearby Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Morecambe Bay and the Lakes can be reached in under an hour.
