It is a handy and functional 23 m2 apartment for 3 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the ground floor and has an elevator.

The apartment consists of 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed in the attic, PORTABLE air conditioning, heating WITH PORTABLE RADIATORS, TV, 1 renovated bathroom with towels and toiletries.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery and other usual utensils; in the bathroom you will find shower gel and hairdryer; and in the accommodation bed linen, towels, iron and everything you need so you do not have to worry about anything; it also has a dining area. All the comfort to feel at home.
