The flat is distributed on one floor. The living-dining area has direct access to the terrace where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the sound of the Mediterranean. The main bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace and the other has 2 single beds which can be joined to make another queen-size bed, both with their respective wardrobes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Also, there is a guest toilet in the entrance. It is an ideal space for families.
The house has air conditioning, wifi internet connection, international TV channels, and a washing machine, and the urbanization has a community swimming pool and parking that is open all year round.
