The good things about this property are location (excellent, right in the heart of the historic city center), cleanliness, and spaciousness. Unfortunately, these were strongly outweighed by the negatives. The beds were very uncomfortable. Old thin mattresses. We did not sleep well. Second, there is not one comfortable place to sit. The couch is old and not at all cozy. The only other places to sit are the plastic dining room chairs. Third, the whole place looks old and in need of being refreshed. A very sad looking interior.

We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our property is located in a historic building in the very heart of Padua's old town, and its character, atmosphere, and traditional interiors are intentionally preserved to offer guests an authentic experience of living within the city's historic center. We understand that this distinctive style may not appeal to everyone, but it is an essential part of the property's charm and identity.
Regarding the bed, we would like to clarify that both the bed frame and mattress are new and have been in use for only a few months. Comfort can naturally be subjective, but we are sorry that you did not find the mattress suitable for your personal preferences.
We appreciate your comments, as they help us better understand our guests' perspectives, and we hope that despite these aspects, you were able to enjoy the unique experience of staying in the heart of Padua's historic center.

Although it was not the most cozy place we stayed, the hosts were super attentive. The apartment is clean, extremely spacious and quiet. And ian absolutely GREAT location. We found it couldn’t have been more centrally located and loved that there were so many attractions and great restaurants literally across from the apartment and down the street.
