This villa was initially planned for the vacation of my Family, as we live in a suburb in Athens and we wanted a resort as much close to Athens for weekend escapes to swim alone with no neihgbours around or at the newly built outdoor extra large jakuzzi bath for your spa. After searching thoroughly 4 islands nearby Athens we ended up ended up to this one.We bought the land in 2006 and little by little we were finally able to finish construction in 2011.
Why they chose this property
This property was bought for us as a vacation getaway. We wanted to be able to take the car from our home in Athens and be there in less than 2 hours,in a remote place,beachfront, swim alone and watch the sunset with no surrounding neighbors. But, we also wanted to have immediate access to night life and to the centre of the island
What makes this property unique
We loved the idea that we could swim on a private beach in crystal clear waters watching the sunset.
