Enttäuschend

Wir haben drei Wochen in der unteren Wohnung verbracht. Der Weg zum Strand ist echt super nah. Das Haus ist allerdings sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fenster vom Bad und Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht schließen, da die Griffe fehlen oder abgebrochen sind. Das Dünengras wächst im Schlafzimmer durch die Fensterrahmen nach innen. Die Küche ist sehr klein, die Mikrowelle fehlt, das Geschirr ist nicht ausreichend für 4 Personen. Kochgeschirr ist schlecht. Bei der Kaffeemaschine fehlt der Auffangbehälter für die Kapseln … Das Bad ist total alt. Die Dusche hat keine richtige Trennwand und alles steht ständig unter Wasser. Die Toilettenspülung ist defekt und es läuft immer das Wasser. Der Kontakt zum Hausverwalter vor Ort ergab, dass er nichts machen könne und der Hausbesitzer und Belvilla über den Zustand informiert seien. Das Wohnzimmer ist ganz in Ordnung. Der Außenbereich ist ungepflegt und der Zugang zur Haustür durch parkende einheimische Autos und Mülltonnen blockiert-die in den drei Wochen auch nicht geleert wurden. Wir haben die Terrassentür als Eingang benutzt. Nach schriftlicher Beschwerde mit beigefügten Fotos hat man uns eine Entschädigung von 280€ angeboten. Am Ende hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, da das Wetter mitgespielt hat, können das Haus aber definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Urlaub an Traumort in heruntergekommener FeWo

Leider entsprach die Ferienwohnung überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Grundstück war ungepflegt, die Küche spartanisch eingerichtet und die Ferienwohnung zeichnete sich durch einen deutlichen Sanierungsstau aus. Eigentlich tolle FeEo, aber leider im Verfall. So ließ sich das Schlafzimmerfenster nicht mehr schließen, da alkes verrostet war und Dünengras bereits durch den Rahmen wuchs. Eigentlich hätten wir uns weigern sollen, in dieser Unterkunft zu bleiben
