Immersed in a residential context, you can reach Saint Mark's Square via the picturesque Riva degli Schiavoni which runs alongside the Saint Mark's Basin, in a maximum of 20 minutes.
Our accommodation can host up to 4 people, and it is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The bright living room, the dining room and the kitchen and the two double bedrooms with bathroom, give you a sense of coziness and intimacy.
Refined and classy, the apartment has all the comforts that you need to spend the perfect sojourn: air conditioning, independent heating, TV, wi-fi internet access, hairdryer, iron and a fully equipped kitchen.

It takes only 2 minutes to reach the "Giardini" vaporetto stop where public transport allows you to reach Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia train station, the Marco Polo international airport and other suggestive places such as the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the beautiful Lido Island where sandy beach awaits for you, especially during the hottest summer days.
Check-in is possible between 3 pm and 7 pm. Late check-in is also possible upon prior arrangement and payment of an extra fee. At check-in you will be asked to pay the city tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night.
