Its location allows for great tranquility while at the same time being optimal for moving around the city, being just a few minutes from the Biennale Gardens and the historic center (St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge). Additionally, a well-stocked supermarket is located 500m away.
For your comfort in the apartment you will find heating, air conditioning, anti-mosquito devices, 2 televisions, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishes, toaster and kettle.
Check-in will be possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins will be possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of 5€ per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed where guests' credit card details will also be included as a guarantee for potential damages.
