Sehr schöne und charmante Unterkunft mit top Aussicht!

Die Unterkunft ist an Hügellage oberhalb von Alassio. Das Zentrum, der Strand und diverse Restaurants und Läden, sowie der Bahnhof sind zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Von der Unterkunft hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Das Appartment ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und super eingerichtet - es mangelt an nichts. Anna ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht ist. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren und entspannten Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

A spacious ground floor of a villa on a hill overlooking the town. Our hosts were very welcoming - Anna was happy to assist in any way. We used the train and Anna gave us a lift to and from the station. Recommended.

Fantastic villa with terrace

We had a lovely stay here. Anna and her daughter were really kind and helpful. The terrace is beautiful to sit out in the evenings. It's a hilly walk up from Alassio but you get a beautiful view. Alassio is great for a beach holiday, but worth knowing that you need to pay for the vast majority of beaches -unlike the UK. The sea is great, particularly good for kids as slowly. gets deeper. Anna and her daughter were so welcoming and helpful ....I'm sure they are for all their guests. Unfortunately there was a bit of noise on a couple of nights -i think it might have been guests in hotel below - but hopefully this was a one-off. We didn't have a car, and largely used the beaches. A beautiful place to stay.for a week of lounging on the beach

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir haben die Woche in Alassio sehr genossen. Die sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung liegt etwas oberhalb von Alassio in einem sehr schönen Olivenhain. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber ud gut ausgestattet. Wunderschön ist die Terasse mit seitlichem Blick auf Alassio und das Meer. In die Altstadt benötigt mann zu Fuss etwa 10 Minuten. Die Anfahrt mit einem etwas grösserem Auto über die steile und kurvige Privatstrasse ist sportlich.

Einfach wohlfühlen und erholen....

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen den Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die FeWo befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage umgeben von einem großen Garten. Für den Weg in das Stadtzentrum benötigt man zu Fuss ca. 10-15 min. Für den PKW steht ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus zur Verfügung.

Umwerfend !!

Super netter Kontakt zur Familie. Wir konnten alle Köstlichkeiten des Gartens nutzen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das Urlaubsfeeling stellte sich sofort ein. Die Wohnung war sehr, sehr sauber. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier her kommen. Danke Anna !!!!!!

Schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse an ruhiger Lage

Die Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns verschiedene Dienstleitungen angeboten. Das Haus steht an ruhiger Lage umsäumt von Oliven- und Fruchtbäumen. Wir haben Anna's spontane und kulante Art sehr geschätzt. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Moritz, Esther und Silvia aus der Schweiz.

Eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in der herrlichen, ruhigen FeWo von Anna

Die voll ausgestattete, moderne FeWo von Anna liegt in ruhiger, herrlicher Lage zwischen Olivenbäumen über dem Ort Alassio mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten eine super schöne und entspannende Woche in der Nachsaison. Der Tag begann und endete auf der voll ausgestattete und sehr schön moblierte Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer - einfach herrlich! Für uns in der Vor- Nachsaison ein idealer Platz um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Sehr gerne bald wieder!!

Lovely spacious property, large terrace with views, well equipped, close to the shops and beach.

We had a great welcome from Anna and Piero who made sure, throughout our stay, that we were made to feel at home and had everything that we needed. They spoke English which was really helpful as we didn't speak any Italian. The property covers the whole of the ground floor of their villa, so is spacious and has a large sunny terrace with a lovely view over the sea and the hillside behind us. Everything was immaculate. We hope to return one day as we really liked the property, Alassio and the surrounding area.

Schöner und angenehmer Ort und doch in der Nähe des Zentrums

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ausserhalb des Zentrums und ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Von der Terasse hat es eine schöne Aussicht über Alassio und in der Ferne ist das Meer sichtbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und angenehm in der Atmosphäre - für zwei und mehr Personen ideal. Anna und Piero sind sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Kulturelles und zum Geniessen. Wir waren ca. 10 Tage anwesend und haben bei weiten noch nicht alles besuchen und entdecken können, was uns angesprochen hat. Wir kommen wieder! Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle an Anna und Piero! 5 Sterne Urlaub mit Hund in Alassio

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in ruhiger Hanglage mitten in Alassio. Die Besitzer Anna und Piero sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns mehr als wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub mit Familie. Der Ortskern ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und auch sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zufuß erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jedenfalls wieder! Vielen Dank an Anna und Piero für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!!!

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung!

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Ferienwohnung, sehr nette und äußerst hilfsbereite Vermieterin, der Weg an den Strand und ins Zentrum nach Alassio war gut zu meistern (allerdings sind wir alle fit zu Fuß, mit kleineren Kindern eher zu anstrengend)

A wonderful holiday in a lovely villa!

We spent 10 days in this lovely villa - a very happy holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful - offering advice on restaurants and places to visit. The veranda was a peaceful, shady place to relax when away from the beach. Alassio is a beautiful town with fantastic beaches 🏖

A wonderful spot

A wonderful spot. The correspondence with Anna beforehand was incredibly efficient - she turned email questions around in minutes - and, once we arrived, Anna and her family were very welcoming (but never intrusive), even inviting us to dinner where we enjoyed some marvellous homemade pizzas. The apartment was spacious, clean and everything seemed new. We had everything we needed. The location was ideal, a beautiful view of the sea and tranquil surroundings with many fruit trees in the garden we especially enjoyed the kumquats and peaches! It was an easy walk to town and an energetic one back up again. Alassio itself is a lovely town with plenty to explore nearby and Anna's daughter made sure we knew which beaches to visit. A wonderful holiday - a big thank you to Anna and family! Highly recommended.

stupenda casa per vivere momenti di vera felicità

Abbiamo trascorso un breve fine settimana in questa casa e nonostante siamo una famiglia "complicata" (due nonni, due genitori,la nostra meravigliosa Emma di 1 anno e un adorabile cagnolino), ognuno di noi ha trovato tutto quello che ci serviva, non solo per quanto riguarda gli aspetti pratici perfettamente corrispondenti alla descrizione e alle foto (casa superbamente accessoriata per tutte le necessità,ottima la pulizia e arredi e complementi assolutamente perfetti e di buon gusto) ma soprattutto per l'atmosfera che si respira in questa casa e nei suoi esterni, una assoluta armonia e tranquillità che rigenerano. La vicinanza al centro di Alassio che si puo' raggiungere con una passeggiata a piedi o in macchina è veramente utile per raggiungere tutti i servizi e il mare. Un grazie particolare alla proprietaria Sig.ra Anna e ai suoi figli che vivendo nella stessa casa sono stati molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili facendoci sentire "a casa". Ci siamo ripromessi di ripetere ancora questa esperienza appena possibile e magari per un periodo piu' lungo. Grazie e a presto

Fantastische Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Wir (2 Erwachsene und unser Sohn, 13 Jahre) wurden von Anna am Bahnhof in Alassio abgeholt und zur Ferienwohnung begleitet, da die Zufahrt eine Privatstrasse ist. Anna und ihr Mann sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend, helfen bei allen Fragen oder Problemen. Man kann Auto und Fahrräder auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem traumhaften Garten und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Es gibt Liegestühle, einen Grill, Tisch und Stühle… Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn/Esszimmer, mit voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile (incl Spülmaschine). Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes und sehr bequemes Doppelbett, ausserdem gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (mit Einzelbett), Bad mit Dusche und einem kleinen Extra-Raum mit Waschmaschine. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig und idyllisch, wir haben uns bestens erholt. Durch den Garten kann man Richtung Altstadt laufen, zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, Vielen Dank für Alles! Maria, Thomas und Michel

Wunderschöne Aussicht mit Hund empfehlenswert

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Anna und ihrer Familie. Sehr herzlich wurden wir und unser Hund begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich geräumig und genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick von der Terasse. Der Weg nach Alassio, erst durch den privaten Garten und dann durch die Straßen nach Alassio zum Strand dauert 12 Minuten und ist gut zu laufen. Nach dem Urlaub hat man ein paar Muskeln aufgebaut. Wir sagen vielen Dank an Anna und ihre Familie und werden bestimmt wieder nach Alassio kommen!

Rundum gut!

Diese Ferienwohnung war genau das Richtige für uns und unsere Bedürfnisse: Mit 3 Generationen (Großeltern, Mama, zwei kleine Kinder) haben wir hier eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht. Die Vermieterin Anna und ihre Familie sind zurückhaltend, sehr nett und zuvorkommend - zum Abschied gab es sogar Pizza! In den Ort und zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto nur etwa 5 Minuten. Zu Fuß den Berg runter hätten wir auch gehen können, fanden es aber mit den Kleinen (2 und 4 Jahre alt) und wegen des teilweise leider nasskalten Wetters praktischer, das Auto zu nehmen. Alassio war in der Nebensaison (Mitte Oktober) angenehm ruhig und es waren wenige Touristen unterwegs, trotzdem hatten noch genügend Cafés und Restaurants offen. Also: Insgesamt (mit Sonne, Regen und Sturm) ein sehr schöner Herbsturlaub, vielen Dank! *Swantje*

Insel der Ruhe

Wir waren Mitte August in Alassio und haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus von Anna und Ihrer Familie sehr genossen. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10-12 min in der Stadt - auf dem Hügel, wo Anna's Haus liegt, ist es wohltuend ruhig und man kann sich vom quirrligen Treiben in Alassio wunderbar erholen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut geeignet für 3-4 Personen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt (und vom Rand auch auf's Meer) ist besonders toll - hier haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. An sehr heissen Tagen wäre es schön, wenn die Wohnung eine Klimaanlage hätte. Anna und Ihre Familie sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

We also installed 2 ventilators that allow perfect ventilation of the premises in the few warm days of the year. I was really pleased to see you again! And thank you very much for your kind words you wrote about your stay at my house and I'm glad to read that you suggest our property to those guests who want to spend their holidays here with us. But, as regards the installation of air conditioning, I try to explain our history: a few years ago, when Piero and I built our "villa", we have sought innovative solutions compatible to the maximum respect for the environment: eco-friendly materials, solar panels, windows with high thermal and acoustic insulation, recycling of rainwater for watering the garden, heating with wood stove and much more to reduce the waste of electric energy. But we followed your advice and we bought big dehumidifier to make the air dry and cool. Lastly, we live in a particular cooler area (with a fresh small river) and our house is surrounded by an olive grove with secular trees that provides a pleasant breeze during the hottest hours of summer. A wonderful time in Alassio

It's quite a steep walk up the hill to this property - but it's worth it. It's spacious, comfortable, not too hot at night (even in August) and Anna and Paolo are fantastic hosts, always ready to lend a hand from upstairs. They helped make our stay very enjoyable. And it's only 10 minutes down the hill to the glorious sand and sea of Alassio. I definitely recommend staying here. Rob Merrick

Erholsame Ferien in geräumiger Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier mit unseren drei Kindern im Teenager-Alter wunderbare Ferien verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt an einem idyllischen Olivenhain einige Gehminuten vom Zentrum Alassio entfernt. Ein recht steiles, schmales Strässchen führt zum Haus. Die Terrasse vor der Wohnung wurde von uns sehr geschätzt, es war herrlich da zu essen und zu lesen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Ausstattung der Küche in Ordnung. Die Vermieterfamilie können wir in den höchsten Tönen loben. Wir wurden sehr gut betreut und das herzliche Paar hat uns viele praktische Tipps gegeben. Grazie mille!
