A very typical Berlin apartment on 3.floor. Original wood floors, free wifi and only a 5 minute walk to the subway stop. The perfect base to explore Berlin.
The apartment is typical for the turn of the century architecture: high ceilings, big rooms and nice wooden floors. The apartment appears very bright and spacious. The apartment is located in a rear house.
You will have a view on the nice and clean garden and won't hear any noise from the street.
The atmosphere of the living room is calm and invites you to a relaxing gathering at the same time. 4 people can sleep on the 2 comfortable sofa beds or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV together.
We tried to equipped the kitchen very thoroughly so that you won't miss anything.
The bedroom offers a queen size bed.
The toilet is separated from the shower.
The shower is located in the rear part of the kitchen.
Internet access is available and included in price. The apartment gets professionally cleaned and sheets and towels are included in our prices. We are always around to answer questions and to help out. So don’t hesitate to email or call us.
