5star A/C villa, 5 min beach & marina w bars refurb. pool & garden.
4 bedrooms, 3 with En suite bathrooms and one twin room. Spacious lounge with real fire and a separate dinning area and fully equipped kitchen.? Large bbq on terrace. Sleeps up to 8. Minutes away from beach and bars and world famous golf courses and restaurants of Sotogrande. With recently refurbished swimming pool you may not want to leave the villa.
This is our home so please respect it!
Exit cleaning fee is £200.00
There is large LG smart TV in the lounge.
Please use air conditioning carefully! We include £100.00 per week in the price and over this will be deducted from the deposit of 1500.00.
Minor breakages are not charged like a glass or a plate but any major breakage will be charged.
Indoor furniture can not be taken outdoors to garden or terrace. ,
