Ein Apartment für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Grado

Problemloser Check-in und Check-out, alles hat so geklappt wie mit Marco besprochen. Wir haben im Dezember neun Tage in dem Apartment verbracht. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt und bietet genug Platz zum Essen und wohnen. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, bieten genügend Stauraum und die Betten sind bequem. Den geräumigen Balkon konnten wir - Wetter bedingt – leider kaum nutzen. Das wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen mussten war uns bekannt und daher auch kein Problem. Praktisch: der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Am Samstag Vormittag findet gleich neben dem Haus der Wochenmarkt statt. Bäcker, Bar, Bio-Alimentari und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Der Fußweg zum Meer beträgt weniger als 10 Minuten und in die Altstadt geht man max. 30 Minuten, entweder an der Lagune entlang oder am Meer – oder man nimmt eben den Bus. Da es viele schöne Radwege gibt, sollte man unbedingt Fahrräder mitbringen oder vor Ort ausleihen. Einziges Manko: obwohl die Heizkörper ihr Möglichstes gaben, konnten sie die Kälte des Dezembers nicht komplett vertreiben.

Perfect appartment

We have enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Grado near the sandy beach. Marco guided us perfectly for check-in.

Schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment nicht weit vom Meer

Das Apartment ist sehr modern renoviert und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. 2 Balkone, die elektrischen Jalousien und die Klimaanlage erleichtern den Aufenthalt bei Hitze. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg erreicht man das Meer. In dieser Wohnung kann man gut seinen Urlaub in Grado verbringen. Einziger Nachteil: Es ist ein sehr langer Weg in die Altstadt mit den schönen Geschäften und vielen Restaurants.

Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen und gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Der Strand ca 600m entfernt.

Fantastische Lage und ein wunderschöner Ort

Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, klasse Lage in dem schönen Ort Grado. Check in hat einwandfrei funktioniert mit Händen und Füßen 😊 Wir waren über vor Ostern da, da wäre es schön gewesen zu wissen das es nur italienisches Fernsehen gibt. Mit zwei Kindern braucht man etwas TV. Ansonsten ein rund um gelungener Urlaub mit viel Sonne ☀️
