The house is absolutely nice. Good location and great view over the harbour. Only a few walking minutes to the center of Dartmouth - a very nice village.Just one personal note (that certainly depends on personal sensitivities): The mattresses (spring mattress??) should be renewed. Despite the thick padding, you can feel the springs. It's not really comfortable.
A lovely property with small balcony, enough for 6 to sit, overlooking the Dart Estuary. Over 4 floors. Bathroom in basement, main living area on floor above. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor both had showers and basins. The 2 rooms on the upper floor both had sloped ceilings and were quite low. No water on that level. We loved it and had a great time.
Over four floors. Four bedrooms: 2 x first floor doubles each with basin and walk-in shower, 1 x second floor double, 1 x second-floor twin. Lower-ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. 2 x cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with balcony. Lower-ground-floor utility.
