Waterfront apartment with large balcony, stunning views of bay and use of pools

Our private, well equipped apartment is located right on the waterfront of The Marina Village complex with its pretty New England styling and looking out to the wonderful Marigot Bay, the Marina, Labas beach and out to the ocean.

You will be located in the hub of the village, close to restaurants and the swimming pools yet with one of the best views of the bay with an ever changing selection of sailing boats and mega yachts moored up or passing by.

Our guests have free use of the two fabulous swimming pools and gym at the luxury Zoetry Wellness and Spa Resort, located right next door to the apartment block. You will be provided with wrist bands for free access to the pools by the hotel reception.

There are a number of restaurants and bars dotted in the village and around the bay where you can enjoy local cuisine, everything from pizzas to fresh lobster, with regular music nights and 2 for 1 happy hours.

Our apartment has all the mod cons you would need for a holiday home, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, free wi-fi, coffee maker, blender, smart TV, DVD player, books and a well equipped kitchen where you can knock up your own Caribbean dishes.

The apartment is accessed off the central Marina Village courtyard by a private gate and stairwell to the first floor, shared only by one other private apartment above it. There is 24 hour security.

You enter a hallway which leads into a stylish, airy, open plan living and dining area with vaulted ceiling and fan. This area includes a newly refurbished open plan kitchen with breakfast bar with stools, dining table with four chairs and comfortable living room with sofa, chairs, smart TV and a study area. The living area leads out onto the balcony so you can keep the doors open and enjoy a gentle breeze. Off this room you will find two spacious bedrooms, both with air con units and ceiling fans.

The principle bedroom has a boutique hotel styled en-suite shower room with two sinks. From the super king size bedstead you can look out over the bay. The second bedroom offer the choice of a super king bed or two singles, ideal for children. There is also a separate WC with fully tiled shower.

Both the living room and principle bedroom have large glazed doors which open out onto a lovely, covered balcony which stretches the whole width of the apartment. Out here you will find comfortable chairs, foot stools and side tables so you can read, snooze, relax and watch the world go by in the bay at a slower pace of life.

You may have the occasional visit from small finches and pretty doves who have learnt that they may get a peanut or two from your hand.

The privately owned apartments are set around the central square which houses The Hurricane Hole restaurant, the Coco Cafe, a small shop and Meraki, an Asian/Mediterranean restaurant. The shop offers some basic provisions and gifts but there are two much larger supermarkets located just 15 minutes drive away.

Although not a large beach, Labas beach is the perfect location if you want to chill out, swim, snorkel, read under the tall palm trees and watch the boats go past into the bay. The beach is accessed by a 2 minute water taxi ride across the bay and has a restaurant, bars, deck chairs and places to hire water sport equipment from.
